The Straat Soenda (8,300 grt) was built in 1939 for KPM. Transferred to Royal Interocean Lines in 1948, she had accomodation
for only 3 passengers, whereas the other vessels on the Far East-South & West Africa route could accomodate 12 passengers. She was lost in 1971.
