The Maetsuycker (4,232 grt, 362 ft. long) was delivered to KPM in 1937. During WW2 she
served as a troop transport and hospital ship. She was transferred in 1947 to
Royal Interocean
Lines
like many other former KPM ships. Sold in 1960, after several owners and a number
of new names, she was scrapped in 1974.
