To Cuba Mail Line.

The Oriente (11,520 grt, 531 ft. long) was delivered in 1930.
A troop transport during WW2, she never returned to commercial service and was broken up by 1957.
She was lavishly appointed as can be seen on the images of her interior below.
Her ill-fated sister, the Morro Castle, was destroyed when she caught fire
off the coast of New Jersey in 1934, with 133 casualties.

From a 1939 Cuba Mail Line brochure.
