To Bermuda-Atlantic Steamship Co..

The Oceana was put in service on the Southampton-Cape Town route in 1891 as the Scot for the Union Line.
She became the Oceana in 1905, when rebuilt as a cruise ship by Hamburg-American Line.
After several changes of ownership, she was scrapped in Italy in 1927.
