BL

This beautiful ship passing through the Panama Canal, is either the Chiriqui (6,963 grt, 447 ft. long) or the Quirigua (6,982 grt, 448 ft. long) of the United Fruit Company. They were near-identical and I can not tell them apart. Both were built in 1932; Chiriqui with the sisters Peten and Talamanca and Quirigua with the sisters Antigua and Veragua. If anyone can tell me which one this is please e-mail me. /Björn
