The Brasil (11,182 grt., 538 ft.long) was completed in 1905 as the Virginian for the UK-Canada service of Allan Line.
She was sold in 1920 to Swedish American Line and renamed Drottningholm. Between 1940 and 1946 she worked for
the International Red Cross. She was sold to Home Lines in 1948, becoming the Brasil, then Homeland in 1951 until
sold for scrap in 1955.
