To Hamburg-American Line.

The Imperator and Vaterland were the largest ships in the world prior to WW1. Work on an even larger ship,
the Bismarck, was halted due to the war. After the war all three ships were distributed among the allies.
The Imperator became the Berengaria of the Cunard Line and the Vaterland was sold to the United States Lines
as the Leviathan. The Bismarck was finished in 1922 as the Majectic of the White Star Line.

See this page for more information on the Imperator.
