American Scantic Line was initially managed by Moore & McCormack for the U.S. Shipping Board. When the line was bought by the company it was incorporated by Moore & McCormack in September 1927. The ships listed above were bought in 1927/28, but the Casper was wrecked already in December 1928. This makes it almost certain that this undated brochure was issued in 1928.
